Drug Court Abolishes Regulation on Assessment and Rehabilitation Conditions
Drug Court has abolished its regulation No: 2014/R-17, which dealt with the conditions that the Court imposed on individuals during their Assessment and Rehabilitation periods. The decision was made by the General Assembly of the Court, which determined that the Drug Act and its recent amendments covered the measures stated in the regulation, rendering it unnecessary.
The change has been officially gazetted, and the Court is now informing the public about the decision.
