Payment

A person to whom a rehabilitation order relates may pay a penalty imposed as a result of failure to continue participating in the treatment program as required by the order, or any other amount owed to the court in two ways.

The first option is to pay the money directly to the court in cash. The second option is to pay through the Ministry of Finance's Bandeyri Pay portal.

About Drug Court

Drug Court is a superior court established under the Act number 17/2011 (Drug Act) to hear and dispose of criminal cases of drug dependent persons, and subject such persons to mandatory treatment and rehabilitation programs in order to reduce or eliminate their dependency on drugs and thus increasing their chances of reintegration into the community as responsible citizens .
