A team of Drug Court Judges and Staff visited the treatment centers from 19^th August 2024 to 19^th September 2024 to ensure that the treatment programs carried out in the centers are functioning efficiently, as required by the 96^th article of Law No. 2011/17 (Drugs Act).

They visited the Drug Treatment and Detoxification Center in S. Hithadhoo and Gn. Fuvamulah, the Vilunu Center in S. Hulhumeedhoo, the Dhagena Community Rehabilitation Center in Ga. Villingili and the Drug Detoxification Community Rehabilitation Center in Gdh. Thinadhoo.

During these visits, the heads and staff of the centers were met to discuss the problems encountered in providing treatment and what needs to be improved. In addition, they met with the clients and observed their treatment progress.
